Registration and payment of registration fees are required for admission to the workshop.
Regular Attendee Registration Fee:
- Early-bird registration (paid on or before 15 September 2026): 620 EUR
- Standard registration (paid on or after 16 September 2026): 720 EUR
Student Registration Fee:
- 300 EUR
(Student Registration requires submission of a copy of a valid student ID after registration)
Registration Fee Includes:
- Access to all sessions
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Lunches (Monday-Friday)
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception
- Attendance at the Banquet Dinner
- Attendance at the Technical tour
- Attendance at the Excursion
- Workshop kit
Fees for Accompanying Person
The following fees will be charged to accompanying persons:
- Welcome Reception: 30 EUR
- Banquet Dinner: 60 EUR
- Technical Tour: 15 EUR
- Excursion: 15 EUR
How to register
All participants are required to complete the registration. Please register via the Indico registration page. After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the payment of the registration fee.
Payment can be made via PayPal using the link provided in the confirmation email.
- You can use a credit card or debit card registered with PayPal.
- If you prefer to make a bank transfer, please contact the LOC.
- Cash payments are not accepted.
