Accommodation

The meeting will be held in a conference room at Hotel Aomori.

The LOC has pre-booked a certain number of guest rooms. If you would like to apply for one of the rooms reserved by the LOC, please submit your request using the form below:

The room rates are as follows (breakfast included, tax included):

• Single room: ¥11,000  (≈ 70 USD / 60 EUR)

• Twin room (single occupancy): ¥16,500  (≈ 105 USD / 90 EUR)

You may also make your own reservation directly from the official web page, Agoda or Trip.com. 

Please note that breakfast is not included in the conference fee, so please be sure to select a plan with breakfast when booking.

There are several other hotels in the surrounding area.
The IOC recommends the Richmond Hotel Aomori, which is about a 15‑minute walk from Hotel Aomori. You may reserve from the official web page or other sites (link to Booking.com  /  Agoda)
